Holiday Shipping Hours October 1 – Mid-January: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 1:00pm EST.

Customer Service Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST.

Most standard, in-stock orders, are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5 to 7 business days. Credit cards will be billed at the time of shipment.

 

Shipping Hours Mid-January - September 30: We are open 2 to 3 days a week with a staff of one person. Those days vary but are usually early in the week and we are away from the phone at times. Please leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible. You can also email us at monasterygifts@trappist.net.

 Shipping Restrictions: 

  • At this time we cannot ship to foreign countries or U.S. territories.
  •  UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box; therefore, all orders must be shipped to a physical address. 
  • All APO, FPO, and DPO will be shipped via USPS.
  • Spiritual Enrollments are shipped free and will ship separately via USPS. Please include PO Boxes for Enrollment orders only.

 Shipping Rates: Shipping and handling charges for UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are calculated on the weight of the order and quoted at the time your order is placed.

 Spiritual Enrollments: Spiritual Enrollments are shipped free and will ship separately via USPS. Please include PO Boxes for Enrollment orders only.

 Warm Weather Shipping During the months of June to September we will not ship fudge items. For other food items we will wait until Monday to ship orders received on Thursday and Friday. These precautions are taken because of the unknown temperature regulation in holding facilities at UPS.

 RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please call our customer service line within 15 days and request a Return Authorization. Please include a copy of your invoice with all returns or exchanges.
