Shipping Hours:

Mid-January —  Mid-November

We are open with a limited staff of one person. Our staff is away from the phone at times. Please leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible. You can also email us at mailorder@trappist.net 

Orders will be shipped on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Any order placed after 11am, will be shipped the next shipping day.  Your order should arrive in approximately 5 to 7 business days. Credit cards will be billed at the time of placing your order. 

 

 

Holiday Shipping Hours:

Mid-November — Mid-January: 

 Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 1:00pm EST.

 

Holiday Customer Service Hours

 Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm EST.

 

 Shipping Restrictions: 

  • At this time we cannot ship to foreign countries or U.S. territories.
  •  UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box; therefore, all orders must be shipped to a physical address. 
  • All APO, FPO, and DPO will be shipped via USPS.
  • Spiritual Enrollments are shipped free and will ship separately via USPS. Please include PO Boxes for Enrollment orders only.

 Shipping Rates: Shipping and handling charges for UPS Ground are calculated on the weight of the order and quoted at the time your order is placed.

 Perpetual Enrollments: Perpetual Enrollments are shipped free and will ship separately via USPS. Please include PO Boxes for Enrollment orders only.

 Warm Weather Shipping During the months of May to October we will not ship fudge items. These precautions are taken because of the unknown temperature regulation in holding facilities. 

 RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please call our customer service line within 15 days and request a Return Authorization. Please include a copy of your invoice with all returns or exchanges.
