Product Description

Saint Luigi Scrosoppi served the poor of Northern Italy.  He started many schools for th epoor and many orphanages.  He believed that a good education not only involved book learning but also physical education and sports, especially soccer.  He is often depicted making a soccer ball in his workshop. This medal celebrates this good saint who is the patron of soccer players.
